Began my skating journey in Houghton, a  small town located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Graduated from Houghton High School, and received my USFS Gold Medal in MIF, USFS & Canadian Gold Medal in ice dance at the age of 16.  Attended Western Michigan University, majoring in Public Relations/Journalism, while serving as the team captain & cross skater for both WMU synchronized Collegiate and Senior skating teams 1998-2001. 

 

I currently live in Sugar Land, Texas with my husband and two sons (6 & 8 years old) and teach private lessons in MIF/Ice Dance and Basic skills. I have been coaching for over 20 years--and love it! 

 

I believe in creating an encouraging and hard working environment, while incorporating respect, love, teamwork. I truly enjoy being a positive influence in the lives of children. My goal is to create a powerful and competitive Synchronized Program drawing from all Houston area rinks. I cant wait to meet you! Synchro has always been my passion, and strive to pass on the beauty of the sport here in Texas!
